If any items are missing, please notify us within 7 calendar days after receiving your order and provide photographic evidence.

Order Cancellation

This allows us to process your cancellation before your order is shipped.
Once your order has been marked as “Shipped”, cancellation is unfortunately no longer possible.
However, you may refuse to accept the parcel so that it is returned to our warehouse.
This will be treated as a withdrawal from the purchase, and the return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
